Visualizes user flow and content performance metrics
Detects and tracks traffic from AI assistants and large language models (LLMs)
Generates reports and insights based on your analytics data

3. Data Source and Accuracy Disclaimer

Important Notice:

All analytics data displayed within Funnelytica originates from Google Analytics 4 (GA4).We retrieve, process, and display this data but do not generate, modify, or guarantee its accuracy. The accuracy, completeness, and reliability of the underlying data is dependent on your GA4 configuration, tracking implementation, and Google's data processing.

Funnelytica is not responsible for:

Inaccuracies, gaps, or errors in data provided by GA4
Data sampling applied by Google Analytics
Tracking issues on your website
Changes to GA4's data processing or API

4. AI Classification Disclaimer

Funnelytica uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI) to classify your website content into funnel stages and generate insights. These AI-generated classifications and recommendations are suggestions only and should not be treated as definitive categorizations.

AI classifications may be:

Subject to interpretation and may not perfectly reflect your content's intent
Based on content analysis that may not capture full context
Different from your own internal content categorization

You are encouraged to review and override AI classifications as needed.

5. No Business Advice

6. Subscription and Billing

Funnelytica offers tiered subscription plans:

Free Tier: Limited features with up to 50 URL classifications
Pro Tier ($20/property/month): Full classification, GA4 integration, and performance analytics
Growth Tier ($35/property/month): Advanced flow analysis, AI insights, and multi-property support

Volume discounts apply: 10% off for 2-5 properties, 25% off for 6+ properties.

Billing Terms:

Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe
Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled
You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
Refunds are provided at our discretion for unused service periods
Prices may change with 30 days' notice

7. Account and Authentication

You may create an account using OAuth authentication through Google, Microsoft, or Facebook. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the security of your authentication credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using Funnelytica, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for providing the Service. Funnelytica's software, branding, and documentation are our intellectual property.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FUNNELYTICA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
